Hmm..deleted record that can't be recreated

Manager *somehow* deleted one record (out of 4) and that record can't be recreated.
Need that record ASAP. Help.

I believed the issue stemmed from a conflict between two forwarding hosts. I deleted the real address associated with a trashmail addy before changing the forwarding address in the manager. As soon as I deleted this real address from the list, the entire record disappeared from the manager...and I was unable to access it.
Moreover, that real address was a closed acct possibly exasperating this conflict.
It could have been an isolated incident but it may also be a DB issue. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm off base.
