From: and To: fields suddenly changed since yesterday

Good day,

Until some time on Oct 31, 2020, the 'From' and 'To' fields (of emails forwarded by Trashmail) were always:

From: [the website]
To: [my Trashmail address]


Now emails from the same exact sites, to the same exact Trashmail addresses, are always either:

From: [my Trashmail address]
To: [my real address]


OR

From: [the website]
To: [my real address]


Please help! These are now not getting caught my any of my Gmail filters and so are notifying me for every email. Thanks

I've noticed the same. I just started updating all my filters, but figured I'd check here to see if this is a feature or a bug. I'll wait to do anything further, until we hear one way or the other.

Yes, I did this change.
I rolled it back, as I got many customer complaints.

I will add a switch, that you can enable/disable it per real email address.

May I ask, how could the new option be useful? I couldn't figure out how some emails were "From: the website" and others were "From: my Trashmail address".

P.S. I'm subscribed to this thread but didn't receive an email notification of your post (Forum bug?)

Please try now, I just added the original sender email address into parentheses.
