I received one or two emails this morning through Trashmail - no problems.

But the in the afternoon received about three and it's as though they were stripped of HTML.
Using Thunderbird, I could not view them using View Message Body as Original HTML or Simple HTML, only as Plain text.
One email I could not view as at all.

Does this have something to do with the system update??

After 24 hrs the problem is still there, I'm still getting empty emails.
Emails that have text only content get through, the others don't.

Will Trashmail Co. be able to recover the original emails that were sent to me?

This was a bug has been fixed.
Or do you still have this problem?

We enabled too SMTPUTF8 support, but we are unsure if it works perfectly, as we are unable to test it for the moment.

I cannot tell if the problem is still there.

I haven't been receiving any emails since yesterday morning, I was expecting a couple of regular ones.

A couple of emails that I sent myself 3 hours ago only just now came through (when sent they did not contain HTML data, only text).

That is now past:
The logging feature has just been released.
Now you should no more lost emails at all.

Well, I am sorry to say that I am getting zero emails through trashmail since last night at around 15:00 GMT, not even the headers. This is the same time you sent out your message to say everything is now OK. Messages appear as received by trashmail but they are not being sent from trashmail to their designated addresses.

Can you see them in the Logging window?
Please send me directly a message to [email protected] that I can analyse the problem.

Hi - not sure where logging is ?? but I am happy to say that, for whatever reason, the fault has disappeared and I received my first trashmail at 14:18 GMT.

Click on your disposable email address you want to inspect then click on the button "Logging": Everything should be recorded inside.
