Account re-activation fails in some cases...

Yep, and I confirmed it...
I think you got a bug in the system.
A) Create address [email protected] -> [email protected]
B) Change address [email protected] -> [email protected]
C) Delete address [email protected]
D) Try to re-create [email protected] -> [email protected]
E) It fails. But re-activation of [email protected] -> [email protected] works.
So it's very cleary a bug bug bug. But it's summer now, maybe it's a ladybug.
