Unable to confirm challenge-response system messages

There was today a little issue for a few hours that confirm CAPTCHA messages from the challenge-response system could not be confirmed.
The sender of the mails were noticed by a message that they need to confirm the message but confirming was not possible, and original message was lost.
The problem appeared after changing from an old database system to a new one which required a commiting mechanism after each database transactions.
Sorry for this issue but now it has been fixed.
