Implement name options for fakename or realname

Mailing lists users are complaining about users posting without realname.
I would like to add an option that everyone can set his name.
This is specially needed for mailing lists. Everyone could choose himself if he would like to use a realname of fakename.
Realnames has the disadvantages that in 20 years someone could maybe found you with Google and could quote you about something which could be illegal in the future because of laws which could have changed (for example in the case of a democratic country which has becomed a dictatorship).
