Send email: Add file attachment support

Add file attachment support when sending emails with the web interface.
This would give the possibility to use TrashMail as pseudo anonymous service.

This feature has been implemented. The file size limit has been set to 1 Gb.
If the filesize will become problematic, it will be rechanged later.
