To replace the automatic messages, it would be nice to add custom messages per user.

Cool, just what I asked for. It would help especially with foreign users and bayesian filters.

At least in smaller language regions like Finland, Estonia etc. It's 95% sure that if message is in native language then it's NOT SPAM! And that's good to know!

Its now implemented.
