Updated Mozilla Firefox Add-On to version 2.0.3

TrashMail.net Add-On version 2.0.3 will soon be installed on all Firefox browser with the automatic update.
Changes:
The API call for accessing from the Address Manager to the Administration Control Panel sends now the full email address (user and domain name). Its the same for deleting an address.
Once all customers updated to version 2.0.3 the migration process could be launched to introduce independent domain names.
