I updated the forum software phpBB.
I fixed also the encoding problems with german umlauts and french accents.
There was an issue between UTF-8 and ISO-8859-1 encoding mixes.
Solution: I enabled now a detection system that will detect the encoding of any kind of input and transform to UTF-8.
