Newsletter toggle added in Web Address Manager

Its now possible to enable/disable the newsletter reception for an account.
Additionally its now possible in the window "Add real email address" to define a default real email address to receive newsletters.
I will soon start to send newsletters to everyone who accepted to receive newsletters.
This newsletters will contain important warnings about products changes, outages, new features and future product developments.
Many customers asked me for that.
