Not receiving email

Sent a few emails to myself after expecting one from an organisation.
Nothing has been received after 15 minutes.

16 hours since last test sending and still nothing.
No reply to support email sent through a gMail account either.
Is Trashmail going down the drain?

Hello,
our RAM disk space became full. No more emails could be accepted temporary.
Normally no emails have been lost.
All emails have been delivered later.
Sorry for the problem.
