Hold mails now only one week

The challenge response system holds now unkown mails only for one week (before it was two weeks).
My personal account had about 13 000 hold spam emails in the two weeks.
This would decrease the hold queue by 50% and would improove performance on the server.

Afaik, it shouldn't affect too much performance.
Inevitable actions just happen sooner (dropping crap from queue).
But it'll for sure save disk space, if that's starts to become an issue.

Currently the whole holded mails are stored in a database and not locally by file on the filesystem.
So the database becomes very fast slow. The reason why it has been made so is to not have a unsynchronized system between filesystem and database.
