Hi is there any method to disable this (unnecessary) information email thats sent every time I set a new trashmail address?

not yet. I think its a good idea to have it as an option. Some people like it, some other don't like this confirmation emails.

My personal opinion it doesn't matter, it's easy to delete it.

But yeah, in general more configuration options is better, especially if default values are right so 99,5% of users can ignore all options.
