I am a paid trashmail account, and as soon as I make a trashmail email, I get a letter stating its been deleted.

Can someone explain to me why this would happen?

did you set unlimited life span time?

Thanks for the reply, and no, I seldom do the "unlimited" life span, I use this email feature for mostly short periods such as a month or two, I dont know how to disable "unlimited" so thats another reason for not using it.

In the meantime, I am curious as to if you, the administrator, would delete my new email, or if I did something wrong in the setup.

I did not deleted the email. There was too no maintenance today.
Maybe you clicked on life span 1 day and not 1 month?

You may be right, I may have put 1 DAY instead of one MONTH. I'll watch what I do more carefully next time. Thank you for taking time to help.
