Mail Not Forwarding

Hello, I just signed up for the pro account and I was testing to see if my mail would forward, but it does not seem to be working. I logged onto my account and it shows that 1 message was forwarded, but I never received the message. I checked in my spam mailbox and the message does not seem to be there either.

[email protected] by giving also your real email address and trashmail address that I could verify what is happening?
