Lithuanian translation of "trashmail"

Post by gymka » 01 Jan 2012, 09:42

Hello,
i translated "TrashMail.net for Mozilla Firefox" (
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... shmailnet/ )
extension to Lithuanian language. Translated files is attached.

P.S. for "mozilla" translations there is site
http://www.babelzilla.org/ it's bad, has a lot of bugs, but to
translators there is easier to find translation:)
btw, what is point of email("support at trashmail dot net" and "stephan dot ferraro at trashmail dot net") if nobody can write to it???? so as i couldn't send files over email i'm posting here.

Thanks for the translation.

The problem with languages that I don't know myself is that I'm unable to make major updates of the Add-On.
I can install the lithuanian and translate some small words, but at some point I would be required to re-remove it because it could block new features to implement.

I'm not sure if I understood your second question about the email address but I try to answer:
Emails in style name at domain dot com means [email protected]. Some spammer software are unable to identify a "name at domain dot com" as valid email address.

well i wrote not clear... clear version:
i tried to send letter to "[email protected]" and "[email protected]"(i replaced "@" with "at" and "." with "dot", bescause on forums nobody writes normal email, to prevent spam bots) and got reply "Sorry,

your email message to [email protected] has not been accepted
because your email address is not in the whitelist of this user.
Additionnally your From field in your email header seems to be invalid.
The From field was: =?utf-8?b?qwxnaw1hbnrhcybnyxjnzxzpxi1pdxm=?=
Please check if your email message is RFC compliant.

well my message is signed, so maybe headers is not same like in letter which is plain text, but still...

about language: all extensions has a lot of languages, and your extension can't have a lot of languages? all other developers maintain not only languages which they know, if translation becomes obsolete developer not include it in new version. one of most popular firefox extensions "adblock plus"( http://adblockplus.org/en/ ) is translated to 63 languages/dialects. all translations made by community http://www.babelzilla.org/index.php?opt ... &type=show

Thanks for the translation.
I will include it in the next release.
For the error: TrashMail is not fully UTF-8 compliant.
I have to fix that.
