Its 1.2 Gb.
I just increased it from 500 Mb to 1.2 Gb. You can send huge files if you need.

Is it possible to use TrashMail with your own registered domain name? There are a few websites that recognize the @TrashMail.net e-mail domain and I've got a few domain names myself that I wouldn't mind using with TrashMail. Can I somehow register one of my domain names for use with TrashMail?

Currently you can't use your own domain name. Its planed to add this feature one day.
