I just contacted them to ask them to remove TrashMail from their RBL.
Thanks for reporting it.

donating a domain might help

as would the admin allowing one to use one's own domain via MX, MX wildcard, A, or CNAME

This is not so simple to implement. The usernames of the disposable addresses are bounded to the domain name.
Which means if you create [email protected], then this has to be accepted and saved internally in the database. Additionally you have to see your domain name in the combo boxes on the web page and in the add-ons.
And finally your domain name needs to be accepted by our backup MX server in case if trash mail smtp server fails.

So its not something done in 5 minutes.
