Problem with FF add-on

For the past few months, I have been having a problem with the firefox add-on even with me updating to the new software. The problem I am having is when I right click to add a trashmail address, I get the window for a split second before it disappears. Have tried many options to fix this, but with no luck. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks in advance!
