New send mail interface

I'm happy to announce that its now possible to send out emails from the new user interface!
Here are some changes:
- its now also the possibility to send out HTML emails (a plain text email will be generated from the HTML email with each sent out email)
- the signature of "E-Mail sent with anti-spam site TrashMail.net" has been removed after several requests from the customers
- sent out emails are encoded in UTF-8 encoding for the subject and body
