Consider this..

As a PAYING customer, no matter how small the charge. We as consumers with rights, expect service and care!

I and the other PAYING customers would expect some sort of notification, at-least to my default address - how difficult?.

Remember, its us paying customers that keep the services going. If more server resource is required, then us paying customers wouldn't mind paying an extra quid or two, IF we got more priority service than the free users.

I was disappointed not being able to use services I had PAID for, even going to the effort of searching on Google for some help and going to the Mozilla site.. NOTHING!

Look this is a fantastic service, its one of the best of its kind available to us with and without a subscription. I sincerely hope you take further consideration of our requirements.

next time I will notify all customers about urgent important maintenance.
