enabled/disabled addresses

For some unknown reason, the "Enabled" column on my "Address Manager" page,
no longer displays any checkboxes, nor checkmarks.

Starting about 2 or 3 weeks ago, this "Enabled" column simply displays nothing.
Therefore I am unable to tell the status of each address, that is whether it is enabled
or disabled.

Any suggestions about how to fix, or circumvent this problem will be appreciated.

p.s.: If I export the address list as a CSV file, the column "Enabled"
displays a "1" in each line.

Alll my addresses are @rcpt.at, which is a "potentially blocked" domain.
I wonder whether this might be related to my problem.

It sounds like a JavaScript error.
Try to disable all Browser addons.
As work around, if you own an iPhone/iPad you could install the Apple App store version of TrashMail.com.
