New status report

We implemented a new status report which shows:
- Statistics with estimated lifetime savings
- Failed forwards
- Recommendation
- Disposable email addresses
Additionally this report is now bound to the account, and no more per real email addresses (in the past, accounts didn't existed, but status report existed already before).
As default parameters, one month interval (31 days) has been selected for each account to send out a status report. You can change the settings in the web address manager to disable it or get it in another interval.
