We just released blacklisting of incoming emails:

Blacklisted emails will not be soft bounced, but directly rejected on SMTP level by code 550.

Can you extend this by adding an option on the mail queue screen to block *@host.tld?

You can, simply add an entry with that in the blacklist.

Nice feature, yet I prefer dedicated addresses, so it's better to discard whole address and create a new one, in general.
