Disabling addresses instead of deleting them

Dear TrashMail Users,

we just made a huge change:
Since we are operating (year 2002), we deleted disposable email addresses if the number of forwards or expire time has been reached. We made now the change, that addresses will automatically disabled instead to be deleted.
We got in the past many complaints that addresses are "disappearing", and it made a lot of time to restore them.

Now email addresses should no more got "lost" by simply disabling them. You can still delete them manually in the web address manager.

Hello everyone:

I have a problem with a disabled email that shouldn’t be disabled.

All of my Trashmails are created with a short default expiry date. No matter how I extend the time, it always expires at that premature date. This has now created an issue where I’m unable to log into a site that requires a 2nd authentication link sent via my Trashmail.

Is there anyway to restore this email which shows active for 180days in Trashmail but is actually already inactive (emails don’t go through)?

Other user might find this useful as well.
