Plus account not allow >200 new/day?

We are creating <2500 emails for testing job website. Upgraded to Plus last night, but today message says too may created for host - please wait 24 hrs. Did we miss an unspecified limit? How can we continue to create needed addresses?

There was a limit set to 256 disposable email addresses per IP address for 24 hours.
I just reconfigure it to 512. This means you can create 512 disposable email addresses in a timeframe of 24 hours per IP address.
How many disposable email addresses do you need to create per day?
