Hi,
If I come to trashmail.net using address rcpt.at it would be nice if new addresses created would also default to rcpt.at.
Does this sound like an acceptable idea?

Re: Soon: Domain names will no more act as aliases
Those are going to expire eventually anyway. You use the free plan? Nope. But I have been using strictly one domain. So I can let additional addresses that I don't need to die or I can even expire those manually. Usually if I know that I don't need permanent address I use 6 months accounts. Because...

Re: POST WEBSITES THAT DONT WORK HERE
Soon it would be possible to use own domain names. Then they can ban all domain names. Solution of banning domains, tld's etc. Is moronic idea. People should prefer some other user validation method than email address. Some sites ban "temp emails" like trashmail. And some ban all "fr...

600 addresses, so what. Those are going to expire eventually anyway.
At least I'm not bothered with that.
And when custom domain feature comes. I think I'll use my own custom domain for all "important" addresses.
So it's quite clear if address is temporary or ment to be permanent.

Re: Trashmail unwanted at online shop!
I guess you're right. Weird policy, they want us to trust them both our original e-mail and our money, without knowing anything about them or at least having a privacy policy somewhere (isn't that illegal?)... Well, if they want both, they get nothing! Yeah. I completely agree. It's very strange th...

Number of days instead of expiry date format?
I would personally prefer number of days instead of date which is hard to interpret.
What do you think about this?

Memo field UTF-8
I'm using UTF-8 and it seems that memo field doesn't store following chars correctly:

Re: Special and non special chars in addresses
I mean official RFC. But only char what I'm actually interested about is dot, it would be really nice to be able to use it.Admin wrote:Which specification exactly? Where did you found this?
Do you mean the email RFC?

Special and non special chars in addresses
I just wonder why special chars have been limited so heavily in email addresses provided by trashmail. Original specification says that all these char should be allowed in email address: ! # $ % & ' * + - / = ? ^ _ ` { | } ~ And dot if it's not last of first and isn't following or preceding dot....

Re: Rename trashmail address
It would be nice if it would be possible to rename an existing trashmail address. Maybe with CAPTCHA (with long white list), without that it really doesn't matter because it's just easier to create new one. Exactly. I have over 690 entries in my whitelist. I don't want to loss them. I would too add...

Re: [email protected] repaired
Some one stole my wallet. And using credit cards on websites. He is using an e-mail address created @trashmail.net. I need your help. Please advise me how you can help me. You're lying, because he/she can't use your credit cards if you have reported those to be stolen. So please, don't try to feed ...

Re: Account successfully created
I think its a good idea to have it as an option. Some people like it, some other don't like this confirmation emails. My personal opinion it doesn't matter, it's easy to delete it. ;) But yeah, in general more configuration options is better, especially if default values are right so 99,5% of users...
