Re: Add custom automatic messages

Cool, just what I asked for. It would help especially with foreign users and bayesian filters.

At least in smaller language regions like Finland, Estonia etc. It's 95% sure that if message is in native language then it's NOT SPAM! And that's good to know! ;)

DoS attacks a growing internet problem

I thought it would be good idea to start new thread about this matter. We discusses this problem here: https://ssl.trashmail.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=356#356 -- Broken ADSL line, ok that's unfortunately quite normal. But DoS attacks or even DDoS attacks? Could you tell more about those. Because tha...

When whitelisting and message picking are working, then this is truly ultimate solution. You don't even need tons of temporary addresses. Because you can use one address and you won't receive spam at all. And all important messages are still coming trough. That's the problem with automated junkmaili...

Re: Slow account creation

Strange I tested it, and it works fast on my site. Maybe there was again a problem with the Internet line... How fast is fast? Something like 100 ms or clearly less than second? I guess the problem is that front page loads from trashmail.net but form is submitted to ssl.trashmail.net that might be ...

Spamgourmet is pretty neat too, but it has been unreliable for terrible long time. Due repeated or continuous DDoS attacks(?!?).

Slow account creation

I don't know why, but I think creating new accounts is now very very much slower than it used to be?

Maybe there are some technology changes behind the interface? Or maybe there are just tons of more accounts to be checked. (Indexed poorly?)

Re: New account

I guess you missed the point. So user would like to change forwarding address for address that he doesn't know. Yep. That's a problem with current implementation. Because you can't view list of your addresses. It might be possible to list addresses after confirmation mail. And if that's possible, th...

Re: Whitelist function

I must also implement an option to not count incoming emails which are whitelisted. Not to count? So what are you thinking? Or do you mean that white-listing could be used for any account. So if I open account for 10 messages, and I receive 100 messages which are on white list then those will come ...

Hmm, expire date header contains also time now... I think it didn't do that earlier. Ok, but it's very cool. More precise.

Re: I'm shocked about how much sites bans Trashmail.net

Hi, Like I said you should have a few alternative domains. I was expecting banning, because Spamgourmet had similar problems. But you seem to be already doing it. ;) Just yesterday I subscribed to Windows Vista F-Secure 2007 beta group and they also refused trashmail.net address... ;( Best Regards, Z

Re: Whitelist function

I got one more question: Could it be possible to whitelist unknown addresses, by viewing pending list? I mean if I want to subscribe to some mailing list or something like it. And I know I received I mail from it, but its pending to be whitelisted I could view queue and white list it?

Re: Warning message before address is being deleted

And because we don't have warning (and or reactivation) email yet. I suggest that the message telling that the account has been deleted should contain url which would allow reactivating that account.
