Re: Comments aboutFeatures that are DONE & locked in To-
That new edit link in headers roxx. I love it. It's much better than the direct delete link which I often accidentally clicked. ;) from email headers: X-TrashMail-Modify_Link: https://ssl.trashmail.net/?login=1&input_login=address&input_passwd=M0FpasswORD= I'm happy that you like it. Now wh...

Re: Implement choice of domains in firefox extension
That would be a real killer: to allow the choice between a couple of domains rather than being limited to trashmail or fakemail (which tend to not be accepted as they easily are recognised by website operators). E.g. Spamgourmet offers 5 or 6 domains to chose from. However, your system is easier to...

Re: SSL support with email (ESMTP)
Many ESMTP services now support Encrypted email. Received: from XXX@XXX.XXX (xxx@xxx.xxx [nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn]) (using TLSv1 with cipher DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA (256/256 bits)) (No client certificate requested) by xxx.xxx.xxx (Postfix) with ESMTP id 37E8733C008 for <xxx@xxx.xxx>; Thu, 21 Dec 2006 22:08:00 +...

Re: Send as first E-Mails with TrashMail masked addresses
This has been done.Z wrote:- Thanks!
Btw. when you send email it's like
But when you reply to it it's only:Code: Select all
"trashmail-address-here" <[email protected]>
I think the first style would be good all the time.Code: Select all
<[email protected]>

Multiple forwarding addresses
Now that TrashMail can be used also with classic Mailing Lists (e.g. Linux kernel mailing lists), some times you would have your mailing list emails at home and at work, and to have also the possibility to reply to the mailing list from home or work with a trashmail masked address. Currently only on...

Re: Whitelist function
Is there any progress with this whitelisting matter? I'm just being curious. The whitelisting function will be the next function that I will implement. If I had a laptop (and I have no more one which has working batteries), I could develop this when I'm travelling... But I will try to implement thi...

I support truly anonymous messaging as long as it's not being used for illegal purposes. So TOS (terms of service) should clearly state that... 1. No user information is given out without (local, national) court order (for what so ever reason) 2. And all court requested user information is given ou...

Fixed bug to reply to X-Mailing-List addresses
I fixed a minor bug: Now mailing list users can reply by hidding their real email address to X-Mailing-List addresses. The X-Mailing-List header entry has now top priority compared to Reply-To or From entries. This means that now its possible to be protected 100% against direct spam as mailing list ...

New Firefox Add-On Version 1.0.7
The new Firefox Add-On Version 1.0.7 supports now plus addresses and multiple domain name choice. So if trashmail.net gets banned on a website there is the choice of fakemail.dyndns.org. But be carfeful, this domain name has no backup MX server. The new version is currently in the waiting queue on m...

Send me the connection address + password to:
[email protected]
I'm using FireFox v2 (Build 2006101022). This has been an issue for quite a while, since I started using the extension in fact. Is there a possibility that you can give me access to a Mac OS X box with ssh access and with X11 enabled forwarding? In this case I could make some tests on your machine....
Re: Extension
Hi What a useful website and extension. Behaviour is exactly what I would wish. However, the FF extension (at least on Mac OS X) doesn't close on successful pasting in of an email address, you have to click cancel to get it to go away. Hi, unfortunately I have no Mac computer, but maybe I could hel...

yes it is. XXXXXXXXXXXX @gmail.com Hi, I replaced your real email address by XXXXXXXXXXXX @gmail.com that you will not be spammed (this is a public forum). I tested your email address, and it worked. You could check your mails, normally you should have received some mails that a trashmail.net addre...
