I would just like to thank you for such a brilliant system. I am using trash mail all the time and just love it - such a simple system but so effective. Thanks again. Nathan http://www.agni.gr/paxos.asp Thanks, wait that the whitelisting would be released, it would be like trashmail version 2, beca...

Re: FF crash down ...?
Hi Guys, I wanna mention, that the plug in causes a crash down of Firefox, if the main trashmail.net server is not reachable and down respectively. I don't know, how exactly the error management works - I just want you to know this issue. Or did I do anything wrong? Best regards, scarybu Hi, you ar...

Re: Trashmail address creation failing
When attempting to create an address with an automatically generated random name (e.g. lvexfyba) from the http://www.trashmail.net page the following error occurs: SQL error: INSERT INTO trashmail.user VALUES('', 'lvexfyba', '', '/bin/false', '!', 'A', '65534', '100', '/home/trashmail/lvexfyba', '0...

Yesterday: Power outage
A power outage has occured yesterday (21.01.2007) and taked longer than the UPS could provide energy. Unfortunately the HTTP service needed to be restarted manually because TrashMail uses a SSL key with password protection. Not everyone could restart the apache server without this password, or the S...

Implement name options for fakename or realname
Mailing lists users are complaining about users posting without realname. I would like to add an option that everyone can set his name. This is specially needed for mailing lists. Everyone could choose himself if he would like to use a realname of fakename. Realnames has the disadvantages that in 20...

Re: Netopia ADSL modem hanged up
If it would be possible to log in via telnet and send automatically the reboot command. Usually it is... But if it hangs irregularly without warning, then you need scheduled daily HARD boot. So even if you are away you're sure that it'll be working tomorrow. That's the worst case scenario. If it ha...

Re: Reply-To bug...

So if from and reply to fields were different for some reason and user still wants reply directly he or she doulc use that x-reply-to address without thinking how to extract it from trashmail format...

Re: Pick lists on front page are too long
Reason why I suggested this is that I think current picklists are way too long. It's annoying to pick entries from those. Naturally if I could set my preferences by using bookmark with default values I wouldn't need to waste my time picking those selections. List selecting number of email and accou...
